1,000 Miles

I bought a new bicycle this spring.  I made a deal with myself to "pay" for this bicycle I had to ride 1,000 miles.  Yeay, I did it!  It really wasn't very hard because I love to ride my bike.  I live near some great trails, such as the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes.  This trail spans pretty much the entire neck of northern Idaho.  It's 72 miles long.  Here are a few pictures.  I always love to go over this bridge.

There is abundant wildlife including all kinds of birds.  This is an osprey.  They make gigantic nests.

And this season I saw two beautiful moose.  One was a male and one was a female.
