I have always been drawn to the work of Paul Gaugin. I love his use of color. In 1895 Gaugin sailed off to Tahiti, and never returned to Europe. Don't we all have fantasies like that?

ReplyDeleteThe Beaded P is my favorite so far as well...but I have enjoyed them all and have been inspired by your work. Paul Gaugin is also a favorite painter for many of the same reasons as you mentioned. His life story is quite interesting and makes for great reading and obviously a good subject for film. Thanks for sharing the photos and your eye popping 'P'.
