Creatures of the Deep

Hello Dear Little Blog.  Sorry I've been ignoring you.  Sometimes my flesh and blood existence assumes a life of its own, far from the computer.

Peaceful days spent wandering the beach have resulted in a harmonious state of mind, and a large pile of rocks.

When I was a kid I used to draw made-up animals, I can't remember them all but I do remember the "elefish", the head of an elephant on the body of a fish.  Well, the rocks the ocean tossed out to me have been transformed into made-up creatures of the sea.  It was great fun to reconnect with my inner child.

  5. You know I just about jumped out of my skin when I saw these today!!! Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow!!! The rocks themselves are quite a find, but what you have done with them is fantastic! That elefish creation has served you well in making these rock sculptures. The fringe and the tentacles are such a cool way to go with these. I cannot wait to see more!!! Enjoy your peace on the beach <3
