Crazy?

Looking to try something different, I signed up for the Blogging from A to Z Challenge.  I was number 999, how sweet is that.

This explains the madness:

The brainchild of Arlee Bird, at Tossing it Out, the A to Z Challenge is posting every day in April except Sundays (we get those off for good behavior.) And since there are 26 days, that matches the 26 letters of the alphabet. On April 1, blog about something that begins with the letter “A.” April 2 is “B,” April 3 is “C,” and so on. You can use a theme for the month or go random – just as long as it matches the letter of the alphabet for the day.

26 posts in the month of April, starting with A and ending with Z. Ack!  My posts will be short.  The theme is creativity.  I plan to bead embroider every letter of the alphabet and show each one on the appropriate day. Then when April is over I'm going to combine them all into one large piece. As I love poetry and painting, I will also post other things along with my alphabet.

Anyone brave or crazy enough to join me?

  4. Hi there! I'm one of AJ's wHooligans for the AtoZ Challenge this year. I can't wait to see how you bead each letter; that sounds like fun! This is my 2nd year participating in the challenge (my first as a behind the scenes wHooligan). It is a ton of fun, and you get to meet a lot of great bloggers.
